Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Custom Made, all products are made-to-order, including custom apparel and DTF transfers. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

Custom Products (Apparel & DTF Transfers)

All custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.

This includes:

  • Custom t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel

  • DTF transfers (gang sheets or individual prints)

  • Personalized or printed items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or product)

Please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery.

To process your request, provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once approved, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

  • After production has started, cancellations are not allowed.

Color & Print Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes:

  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see online

  • Minor variations are not considered defects

Sizing Issues

  • Please review the size chart carefully before ordering

  • We are not responsible for incorrect size selection

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the error is on our side
